Becky Morgan

Becky is passionately dedicated to fostering sustainable economic prosperity within the business community. With a wealth of experience in strategic planning, policy development, and stakeholder engagement she has lead initiatives aimed at attracting investment, supporting local businesses, and creating opportunities for growth. Becky provides a blend of vision, leadership, and a deep-seated commitment to ensuring that businesses thrive economically, socially, and environmentally.

A graduate of Economics from Aberystwyth University Becky has spent over 25 years supporting businesses from SME's to large international corporates advising and facilitating collaboration, accessing finance, management buy outs, procurement, governance and business sustainability. Becky is a keen swimmer when time allows and also manages a small organic farm in Wales which provides plenty of opportunity to cherish being outdoors, surrounded by our natural environment.

Catherine Dillon

With over 25 years of experience, Cat is a trusted advisor helping IT service providers transform their businesses. Recently leaving Microsoft, she now leads sustainability initiatives at Pathway to Carbon Zero - empowering companies to reduce emissions while improving quality and profitability.

A graduate of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Management, Cat is an avid athlete who enjoys kiteboarding, snowboarding, golf, and triathlons. As a mother of three, she is passionate about protecting the planet for future generations.

Cat brings strategic insight across IT infrastructure, security, cloud, and telecom. Her technical expertise combined with business acumen enables organisations to capitalise on new opportunities and achieve their environmental, social, and governance goals.

Toni Bailey

After graduating with an Environmental Science degree in 1997, Toni has spent her career supporting businesses of all sizes in a range of sectors with their environmental and sustainability goals. Toni is an accredited Environmental and Quality Lead Auditor and has extensive knowledge and awareness of current environmental legislation and sustainability strategies and how this applies to business. She is an experienced project manager, successfully leading initiatives to bring about change focusing on stakeholder engagement and performance monitoring.

Toni is particularly passionate about supporting small businesses to maximise their potential and brings wide ranging skills in compliance, management systems and product development. She has been instrumental in establishing sustainability tools and has developed the SME Quality Standard SQMAS, for which she received a business innovation award in 2019 for her excellent work with SMEs.
In her personal life Toni is a busy mum of two children and enjoys paddleboarding, camping and triathlons. She is a keen fundraiser and an ambassador for change not only in sustainability but also inclusion for all, especially for her son who has severe learning difficulties. Toni is non-executive board member.
