At NOLTE KITCHENS CONTRACTS, a family-run business specialising in the supply and fitting of high-quality kitchens, we took the first steps on our Net Zero journey by partnering with Pathway to Carbon Zero. We are committed to innovation and putting our stakeholders at the forefront of what we do. It was a natural next to engage with Pathway to Carbon Zero’s skilled consultants to develop a carbon reduction action plan to further support our commitment to our stakeholders about innovation and sustainability.

We decided to work with Pathway as they aligned perfectly with our business values and needs. Pathway to Carbon Zero stood out as experts in their field and could work alongside us in partnership, giving us the confidence that we are measuring and managing our emissions in a responsible way and preparing our business for the future.

RESULTS AND INSIGHTS

Pathway supported us to measure our Scope 1 & 2 emissions; we set a baseline year of 2022 to benchmark our carbon reduction improvements and cost savings. We committed to a Carbon Policy whilst also pledging to reduce our carbon emissions ensure future sustainability. We were expertly guided through a GAP analysis and provided a comprehensive personalised carbon reduction plan to improve our sustainability position. Our business has also adopted a CSR and ESG policy which includes the adoption of a clear Recycling Policy. We look forward to further collaboration on ways to engage and educate our stakeholders and further development in measuring our Scope 3 emissions.
